Hello, Actifit community!
It's the 57th day of my daily exercise routine!
I thought I wouldn't be able to do my exercise routine because I wasn't feeling too well earlier. But when I felt better I tried to do my routine. It wasn't easy at first, but when I reached the middle, my body adjusted.
I didn't realize it but I finished it anyway. That's why I'm happy today!
Here's what I did for today:
- 500 counts of jog-in-place (same as yesterday)
- 300 counts of jumping jacks (same as yesterday)
- 100 counts of dumbbells for the biceps (same as yesterday)
- 80 counts of dumbbells for the triceps (same as yesterday)
- 100 mountain climbers (same as yesterday)
- 45 push-ups (same as yesterday)
- 65 sit-ups (same as yesterday)
