Yesterday I don't know how or why but I ended up watching The Last Samurai at night. It wasn't the first time I saw this Edward Zwick movie starring Tom Cruise. It wasn't a good choice, not because the movie isn't good, but because it's a long movie and I ended up going to bed late.
Today when I got up I started to remember some passages from the movie and going over the iconography I wanted to see how a Samurai would look if I painted it myself. As I am a lousy painter I have turned to my friend the AI to help me. And AI is a very useful tool.
This time I have given you enough details of how I would like the result to be. First I wanted it to be an oil painting style. Secondly, he wanted the Samurai to be dressed in his armor. And thirdly that he was in a fighting position.
The AI did a fantastic job creating an image with very vivid colors that flows very well. It gives a sensation of spectacular movement. And as a detail, he has also achieved that the hands have a good quality.
