Between now and then
Better described as imaginary
Cause crossing can’t be elevated
Definitely it exist
There is a thin line
Between today and tomorrow
That is why we have history
Of numerous lines crossed
From penury to prosperity
There is a thin line
Between success and failure
Hunting the virgin minds
Of prospective candidates
Who still can’t identify the line?
There is a thin line
Between love and hate
This particular line baffles me
Because of the speed and frequency
At which higher animals alternate
There is a thin line
Between you and me
It is no longer thin but bloated up
