Esta semana no había podido correr debido a compromisos y responsabilidades personales. Y el día de hoy también tenía muchas cosas pendientes por hacer, pero no quise pasar una semana entera sin correr. Hoy salí 2 veces, temprano por la mañana y luego casi a las 3 pm.
La primera carrera fue junto a
@minerva1. Hoy
@minerva1. no pudo acompañarnos debido a una lesión en la rodilla. En esta carrera logramos recorrer 3.02 kilómetros y, aunque la aplicación me marcó 7:10 de ritmo, lo cierto es que iba al mismo ritmo de Minerva, por lo que en realidad íbamos a 9:10 por km.
Para la segunda carrera aproveché que estaba con mis 2 hermanas y me las llevé de “paseo”. Una vez más logré alcanzar los 3.08 km, a un ritmo un poco más lento que en la mañana, algo lógico porque iba con ellas 2. Adicionalmente el calor a esa hora es mucho mayor que en la mañana. me sentí muy bien en ambas carreras.
Como detalle a mejorar tengo que revisar la configuración de la aplicación, para estar segura de que funciona de la mejor manera. Por lo menos hoy en la mañana no registró bien el ritmo aunque en las 2 carreras sí señaló la distancia con exactitud.

This week I had not been able to run due to personal commitments and responsibilities. And today I also had a lot of things to do, but I didn't want to go a whole week without running. Today I went out 2 times, early in the morning and then almost at 3 pm.
The first run was together with
@minerva1. Today
@minerva1. couldn't join us due to a knee injury. In this race we managed to run 3.02 km and, although the app marked me 7:10 pace, the truth is that I was going at the same pace as Minerva, so we were actually going 9:10 per km.
For the second race I took advantage of the fact that I was with my 2 sisters and took them for a “walk”. Once again I managed to reach the 3.08 km, at a slightly slower pace than in the morning, something logical because I was with them 2. Additionally the heat at that time is much higher than in the morning.
As an additional detail I have to check the configuration of the application, to be sure that it works in the best way. At least today in the morning it did not register the pace well although in the 2 races it did indicate the distance accurately.
