Hello dear friends,I’m back with a new story—this time from a unique and intimate ceremony. It wasn’t a wedding or an engagement, but the couple’s first official celebration known as “Baleh Boroon” in Persian culture—a meaningful tradition where two families come together to formally acknowledge the couple’s union. Let’s dive into the story behind these frames.

This project seemed simple at first glance — a couple in the woods, soft autumn light, natural setting. But behind the lens, simplicity often demands more.The main challenge was balancing natural composition with authentic interaction. The overcast sky provided flat, even light, which helped preserve details, but lacked depth. A single silver reflector was used, just enough to lift shadows from the face without overpowering the scene.

For this session, our priority wasn’t to chase special compositions, but rather to capture something real. What was clear from the first moment was the natural closeness between this young couple—there was no distance to fill, and no need to stage anything.

After our photoshoot at the Ghaljogh stone quarry with this lovely couple, we continued the session in a quiet garden nearby. The garden was full of tall trees, winding paths, and best of all, a beautiful and calm horse that belonged to the property owner.

This couple’s photoshoot took place on a dry, cracked land surrounded by soft hills and dramatic skies—a landscape that seemed both powerful and quiet at the same time. There was no lush greenery or flowers here, just textures, lines, and a wide-open space that told its own story.

With the first snow of the season, we decided to return to one of our favorite shooting locations, but this time with a very different vision. A horseback riding club, a bold young woman named Mitra, and an outfit that was far from the usual flowing dresses or delicate tulle. Leather, faux fur, and a cowboy hat gave this shoot an entirely new atmosphere.
