¡Hola Chicos!

Ayer fue domingo de pascuas y aunque debía ser un día de completo descanso, ya que hoy comenzaban nuevamente las clases y la rutina, yo estuve todo el día haciendo los preparativos para esta semana, pues el día de hoy comenzaré mi curso de panadería y tenía que tener todo listo para que no hubieran contratiempos y pudiera estar tranquila y no con el corre corre antes de irme.

Yo soy ama de casa, trabajo con mi blog y además soy mamá y esposa. Todo esto consume mucho tiempo pero dentro de todo quise inscribirme en dos cursos, uno de panadería y otro de repostería, pues como se podrán dar cuenta con mis publicaciones, amo cocinar y estos son dos temas que me apasionan y quisiera aprender muchísimo más, porque quien sabe, en un futuro puedo montar mi emprendimiento en base a esto.

Ya luego les contaré que tal me fue en mi primer día, pienso documentar todo en mi curso para traerles estas experiencias a ustedes. ♥

Hello Guys!

Yesterday was Easter Sunday and although it was supposed to be a day of complete rest, since today classes and routine began again, I spent all day making preparations for this week, because today I will start my bakery course and I had to have everything ready so there would be no setbacks and I could be calm and not with the running before leaving.

I am a housewife, I work with my blog and I am also a mom and wife. All this consumes a lot of time but I wanted to enroll in two courses, one of bakery and another of pastry, because as you can see with my publications, I love cooking and these are two topics that I love and I would like to learn a lot more, because who knows, in the future I can set up my business based on this.

I'll tell you later how my first day went, I plan to document everything in my course to bring these experiences to you. ♥

Desperté bien temprano en la mañana y para no complicarme tanto con el desayuno puse a sancochar unos plátanos y huevos.

Luego me senté a desayunar con mi hijo e hicimos un brindis por el domingo de pascuas. No contamos con huevos de chocolate pero al final son huevos de pascua y es lo que importa no? 😂

I woke up very early in the morning and so as not to complicate breakfast so much, I boiled some plantains and eggs.

Then I sat down to have breakfast with my son and we made a toast to Easter Sunday. We didn't count on chocolate eggs but in the end they are Easter eggs and that's what matters isn't it? 😂

Luego me puse a hacer mis labores en el hogar, pero antes de esto salí al patio de la casa a saludar a mis gatitos, quienes han estado durmiendo afuera porque están tomando la mala costumbre de ponerse a jugar muuuy temprano en las mañana y hacen desastre en la sala, así que los sacamos en la noche para que ellos jueguen y exploren todo lo que quieran.

Ellos siempre al verme se ponen super cariños buscando caricias.

También les eché un ojito a mis plantas. Las flores del desierto están comenzando a florecer y la que nos va a dar semillas esta a punto de abrir el capullo para expulsar las semillas.

Then I started to do my housework, but before that I went out to the backyard to greet my kittens, who have been sleeping outside because they are getting into the bad habit of playing very early in the morning and making a mess in the living room, so we take them out at night for them to play and explore as much as they want.

They always get super affectionate when they see me, looking for cuddles.

I also kept an eye on my plants. The desert flowers are starting to bloom and the one that is going to give us seeds is about to open the bud to expel the seeds.

Luego a la hora del almuerzo me puse a cocinar, pero a cocinar por montones. Estuve preparando varios guisados de carne, bistec y pollo para la semana. La idea es tener la proteína del almuerzo ya cocinada y congelada para que me sea más fácil armar los almuerzos y como tendré el tiempo limitado esto me será de mucha ayuda.

Ya luego coloqué los guisados en porciones dentro de envases y solo tengo que sacarlos del freezer, descongelar y calentar para acompañarlos con arroz, pasta o arepas.

Fue súper cansón pero solo es un día que haré esto y me ahorrará mucho tiempo en la semana.

Then at lunchtime I started cooking, but cooking by the bucketload. I have been preparing several beef, steak and chicken stews for the week. The idea is to have the protein for lunch already cooked and frozen so that it will be easier for me to assemble the lunches and since I will have limited time this will be very helpful.

Then I put the casseroles in portions in containers and I just have to take them out of the freezer, thaw and heat them up to accompany them with rice, pasta or arepas.

It was super tiring but it is only one day that I will do this and it will save me a lot of time during the week.

Ya luego cuando estaba cayendo la tarde me puse a hornear unas galletitas para que mi hijo tuviera merienda para varios dias. Quienes me han seguido saben que los fines de semana me gusta hornear diferentes cositas para la merienda de mi familia. ♥

Hice una bandeja repleta de galletas, pero no crean que son muchas. Esto dura máximo 3 días 😂.

Then when the afternoon was falling I started baking some cookies so that my son would have a snack for several days. Those who have followed me know that on the weekends I like to bake different things for my family's snacks. ♥

I made a tray full of cookies, but don't think there are too many. This lasts a maximum of 3 days 😂.

Al terminar tooodas estas labores me relajé un poco. Ya eran las 7 de la noche, el sol se estaba ocultando y el cansancio comenzaba a notarse. Fue un día súper agitado pero siento que podré comenzar con buen pie mi semana. ♥

After finishing all this work, I relaxed a little. It was already 7 pm, the sun was setting and the fatigue was starting to show. It was a super hectic day but I feel like I'll be able to start my week off on the right foot. ♥
