Chevapchichi fried sausages in Serbian
Ingredients:
Minced beef - 500 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Marjoram - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper, spicy paprika - to taste
Preparation:
- Peel onion and cut into cubes.
- Finely chop the garlic or crush it.
- Thoroughly mix the mince, add salt, garlic, onion and spices.
- Form oblong cutlets the size of
a thumb of a hand, to fry up to a crisp.
