Chevapchichi fried sausages in Serbian

Ingredients:

Minced beef - 500 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Marjoram - 1 tsp
Salt, pepper, spicy paprika - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Peel onion and cut into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the garlic or crush it.
  3. Thoroughly mix the mince, add salt, garlic, onion and spices.
  4. Form oblong cutlets the size of
    a thumb of a hand, to fry up to a crisp.
