Recipe for delicious chocolate dessert
Chocolate pie with raspberries - ingredients:
for the cake:
2 cups of flour,
220 g of sugar
220 g of butter,
4 eggs,
2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa,
20 g of a disintegrant,
60 ml of water,
For filling:
600 g of raspberry,
1 liter of 35% cream,
50 g of powdered sugar,
vanillin on the tip of the knife,
for glaze:
300 g of dark chocolate,
300 ml of 35% cream.
Chocolate pie with raspberries - preparation:
Pour the cocoa powder with hot water, stir and allow to cool slightly.
In a bowl, crush eggs with sugar, add butter, dissolved cocoa, sifted flour with a baking powder and whisk the dough with a mixer until smooth.
Place the dough in a baking dish, oiled and send to a preheated oven for 180 ° C for 50-60 minutes. Readiness of the cake should be checked with a toothpick - it should remain dry.
After complete cooling, remove the cake from the mold. Gently cut it horizontally into three parts.
Prepare the icing for the pie with raspberries. For this cream bring to the state of boiling, but do not boil. Remove the cream from the fire, add chocolate to them broken into pieces and mix thoroughly until it dissolves completely. Leave the icing so that it cools and thickens.
Raspberry, wash and rinse the water.
Whisk the cream with sugar powder and vanilla into a persistent foam.
Lower the cake cream and put a layer of raspberries. From above put the average cake and also smear it with cream and lay out the berries. Cover the top cake. On top and on each side, grease a pie with raspberry chocolate icing. Garnish with raspberries.
