Saludos amigos de Holos&Lotus, y muy especialmente para mi amiga
@charjaim, quien en esta oportunidad nos trae un tema bien interesante sobre, esos regalos que hemos recibido en la vida y especialmente los recibidos por esos seres tan maravillosos que nos dieron la vida, nuestros padres, yo pienso que traernos al mundo fue el primer y gran regalo, porque después de este recibí muchos otros, le doy la gloria a Dios por los padres que me dio.
¿Cuál fue el regalo más grande que te dieron tus padres?

El primer y gran regalo que me dieron mis padres fue la vida, pienso que éste es el más grande, luego el cuidarnos con tanto amor y entrega día a día, para los que somos padres sabemos todo lo que implica traer un hijo al mundo y hacer de ellos hombres y mujeres de bien, esto se dice y suena muy bonito pero es un arduo trabajo que lleva consigo mucha entrega, dedicación, trasnochos, luchas día a día, pero la recompensa más grande que podemos tener es verlos realizados, con sus familias y felices, para un padre eso es un tesoro que ningún dinero lo puede pagar.
Todos sabemos que si de regalo se trata la vida es el más grande que hemos recibido, y luego la crianza, cada enseñanza, toda esa paciencia, entrega dedicación para hacer de nosotros las personas que somos hoy en día, todo se lo debo a ese esfuerzo que hicieron ambos, mi papá trabajando día y noche él era chófer de carro libre y mi mamá se dedicaba a cuidar y educarnos en el hogar, de mi mamá aprendí la paciencia y el amor para cuidar de mis hijos y de mi hogar, de mi padre que Dios me lo tenga en su gloria aprendí que le esfuerzo, el trabajo constante, la responsabilidad, el ser correcto en la vida nos ayuda a salir adelante y se lo he inculcado a mis hijos, así que este es un regalo con retroactivo, lo recibí, lo utilice y ahora se lo dejo a mis hijos para que se sirvan de el como me servi yo en gran medida y puedo decir con todas sus letras, que todo lo que soy se lo debo a esos dos seres maravillosos que no descansaban para levantar 8 hijos con valores y respeto.

Mi madre me enseñó a leer y escribir, sumar y restar multiplicar, cuando yo llegue a primer grado la maestra ya tenia todo ese trabajo adelantado porque mi mamá nos educaba con ese amor y paciencia que sólo ella podía tener, al llegar de la escuela nos esperaba y nos ayudaba con la tarea, de mi mamá aprendí ese amor por educar, por eso estudie Educación, hoy en día tengo 15 años de jubilada como docente de educación, ese es otro regalo que se lo debo a mis padres mi educación.

Cuando me casé ellos siguieron siendo esos padres amorosos a los que acudía cuando los necesitaba y siempre estaban ahí con los brazos abiertos y ese consejo a tiempo y esa palabra que calmaba en medio de mi tempestad, cuantos regalos no he recibido de ellos, mi padre que partió primero me dejó cada una de sus enseñanzas las cuales llevo conmigo y las aplico día a día, él no está conmigo físicamente, pero sus consejos y sus palabras las tengo en mi mente y eso hace que siempre lo siga sintiendo cerca, otro gran regalo, esos consejos que te ayudan a ver la vida más llevadera y te permiten resolver esos inconvenientes a los que a veces no le ves solución.
Mi madre una mujer de hogar, una madre entregada de la que aprendí todo lo que se de cocina, otro gran regalo, siempre cocinabamos juntas y ella me iba guiando y de seis hermanas la que aprendí ese arte de cocinar fui yo, bendito sea Dios por todas sus bendiciones porque Dios ha sido demasiado bueno.

The first and greatest gift my parents gave me was life. I think this is the greatest, then taking care of us with so much love and dedication day after day. For those of us who are parents, we know everything that it means to bring a child into the world and make good men and women out of them. This is said and sounds very nice, but it is hard work that requires a lot of dedication, sleepless nights, and daily struggles. But the greatest reward we can have is seeing them fulfilled, with their families and happy. For a parent, that is a treasure that no money can pay for.
We all know that if it is a gift, life is the greatest one we have received, and then upbringing, every lesson, all that patience, dedication to make us the people we are today, I owe it all to that effort that both of them made, my father worked day and night, he was a self-employed car driver and my mother dedicated herself to caring for and educating us at home, from my mother I learned patience and love to take care of my children and my home, from my father, may God have him in his glory, I learned that effort, constant work, responsibility, being correct in life helps us get ahead and I have instilled it in my children, so this is a retroactive gift, I received it, I used it and now I leave it to my children so that they can use it as I used it to a great extent and I can say with all its letters, that everything I am I owe to those two wonderful beings who did not rest to raise 8 children with values and respect.

My mother taught me to read and write, add and subtract, multiply. When I reached first grade, the teacher had already done all that work because my mother educated us with the love and patience that only she could have. When we came home from school, she would wait for us and help us with our homework. I learned that love for education from my mother, which is why I studied education. Today, I have been retired as an education teacher for 15 years. That is another gift that I owe to my parents, my education.

When I got married, they continued to be those loving parents to whom I turned when I needed them and they were always there with open arms and that timely advice and that word that calmed me in the middle of my storm. How many gifts have I not received from them? My father, who passed away first, left me each of his teachings which I carry with me and apply every day. He is not with me physically, but I have his advice and his words in my mind and that makes me always feel him close, another great gift, that advice that helps you see life more bearable and allows you to solve those problems that sometimes you don't see a solution for.
My mother, a homemaker, a devoted mother from whom I learned everything I know about cooking, another great gift. We always cooked together and she guided me and of six sisters, the one I learned the art of cooking from was me. Blessed be God for all his blessings because God has been too good.
