‎Part of what is required of Christianity is when we begin to have concerns and look out for the needs of others and not just our own. It is a practical way we live out our lives if we are indeed christians.

‎Someone who thinks all about himself does not really know what Christianity is all about. God did not call us to live that way. Sometimes helping out others may be inconvenient. But that is what we are expected to do.

‎It's not all the time that when we help it has to be from a place of abundance. We may not have much but the little we have will go a long way for the people in need only if we are willing to let it go. When we give with a sincere heart, we reflect the nature of God, the nature that defines God as the God of abundance and who never fails to provide for His children.

‎For us to properly walk in love as the word of God tells us to do we need to face the demands and responsibilities that is expected of us.

‎**‎Timothy 5:8 - "if anyone does not provide for his own, especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith”**

‎Neglecting this duty often leads to broken relationships and unnecessary hardship.

‎Just as a caring parent does not ignore the needs of their children, God expects us to care for those that He entrusted to us. Being responsible with what we have shows faithfulness and obedience to God's Word.
