I've been here in the province of Ciudad de Ávila for a few days now, invited as part of the Las Tunas delegation to the #Book fair there.
Of course, I came as a guitarist, accompanying my husband, who is a #writer.
But this is how I want to show it to you, with the architectural wonders I've encountered so far. Below, I'll list some of the buildings and houses that have impressed me the most so far.
Of course, I'll start with the art school I already wrote about. I don't know much about architecture, but I do have that ability to distinguish which building seems durable and architecturally interesting, enough to recommend it to you as one of the best, so far, in the province.
I've noticed that in this city, they sometimes abruptly combine the architectural styles of the early and mid-20th century with those of the Spanish colonial era, that is, the 19th century.
As is not the case with this restaurant called El Colonial.
Private houses in the village are generally of this type of construction.
On the boulevard, I found some buildings very similar to the ones I show you below.
The most interesting thing about them is the mix of design intentions and styles in each one.
For example, this one called Colonia Española has many aspects and details that seem a bit more oriental.
Or this 4-star hotel, with a classic appearance on the outside and modern on the inside.

With all this mix of styles, the streets look so diverse.
Of course, there are also many modern, multi-family buildings from the late 20th and early 21st centuries. 21.
But without a doubt, the building that impressed me the most is this one, which for a time served as as the provincial credit and commerce bank. A mid-20th-century classical-style building.

Hola, amigos #viajeros de todo el mundo.
Desde hace unos días estoy aquí en la provincia de Ciudad de Ávila, invitada como parte de la delegación de Las Tunas a la feria del libro en esta provincia.
Por supuesto, vine como guitarrista y acompañando a mi esposo que sí es el escritor.
Pero así lo quiero mostrársela con las maravillas arquitectónicas que me he encontrado hasta el momento. A continuación le pondré algunos de los edificios y casas que más me han impresionado hasta el momento.
Por supuesto comenzaré con la escuela de arte de la que ya escribí. No sé mucho de arquitectura,pero sí tengo esa capacidad de distinguir qué edificio parece ser duradero y muy interesante arquitecturalmente, como para recomendárselos como uno de los mejores, hasta el momento, en la provincia.
Me he dado cuenta que en esta ciudad combinan a veces de forma brusca los estilos arquitectónicos de principio y mediados del siglo XX con los de la época con de la colonia española, o sea siglo 19.
Como no es el caso de este restaurante llamado El colonial.
Las casas particulares en el pueblo, por lo general, son de este tipo de construcción.
En el bulevar encontré algunos edificios muy como en el caso de estos que le muestro a continuación.
Lo más interesante de ellos es esa mezcla de intenciones diseños y estilos en cada uno de ellos.
Por ejemplo, este llamado Colonia española, tiene muchos aspectos y detalles que parecen ser un poco más orientales.
O este Hotel 4 estrellas, con aspecto clásico por fuera y moderno por adentro.
También me encantó el diseño de la sede de la UNEAC en la provincia. (

Con todo esta mezcla de estilos, las calles se ven de este modo tan variopinto.
Por supuesto, también hay muchos edificios modernos, multifamiliares, de finales del siglo XX e inicios del 21.
Pero sin duda alguna el edificio que más me ha impresionado es este que durante un tiempo fungió como el banco de crédito y comercio de la provincia. Una construcción de estilo clásico de mediados del siglo XX.
