Hello, Hive Friends!
One of my goals this year is to be more active in blogging and building, so today I want to show you a cool mini app I built. The reason I created this mini app is simple: I wanted to see how many beneficiary rewards my 3Speak encoding node is generating. I tried looking for tools or websites that could show this information, but I was not able to find any. Maybe there are some out there, but maybe they are not accessible or no longer working.
But what are Beneficiary Rewards?
Beneficiary rewards on the Hive Blockchain are a built-in way to share a portion of a post's payout with other accounts automatically. Instead of the author receiving 100% of the rewards, the author can assign percentages to one or more beneficiaries.
I also wanted to check the rewards earned by @spk.beneficiary over the last 30 days. I normally check them in @dalz's monthly posts featuring the top authors, but this time he didn't post the December 2025 stats. He posted the full 2025 stats, which are pretty good. You can check them here.
It took me around two and a half hours to build this. I used both ChatGPT and V0.app. I would not have been able to do it this fast with the previous knowledge, and with some help from @enrique89, who pointed me to the right endpoints to get the data. The hardest part was actually getting the data, and after that, making the theme and fixing some details was very easy.

As you can see, because of the price of HIVE, it is not a fortune right now, but imagine if the price were higher. Rewards would be much better.

The app is deployed on Vercel, and I connected it to a subdomain (bene.aliento.blog) using Cloudflare. You can find the repo at this link, and you can share feedback with me. Remember that I am not a dev. I am just a guy who loves to build on Hive and has a good understanding of how it works.
Ah, and one thing that also took me some time was making the site responsive. I know that the site will get a lot of visitors from mobile devices. By the way, you don't need to open this from keychain or connect your account. I also added a function to convert what is written to lowercase, so there is no error. Cellphones tend to always write the first letter in uppercase, and when that happened, the results were blank. Also, if you don't write the account name properly, you might not get any results; maybe I have to add an error message there.
