I’ve noticed that when successful people are invited to interviews or shows, audiences tend to focus on their stories of achievement. Most people are more interested in the success itself and pay little attention to the challenges and failures encountered along the way. Often, those who share their success will highlight only the easy parts of their journey, spending hours discussing their accomplishments to make it seem effortless. While their words are intended to encourage and motivate, they often overlook the critical aspects that truly prepare one's mind for the challenges ahead.
Yesterday, I talked on adulthood and my overall life plan. I thought about the many failures I've experienced and how I continue to strive. At some point, everyone faces a situation where the fear of the unknown can weigh them down. This isn't our fault as adults, it often occurs when we try our best, but our efforts don't yield the desired results. The fear of the unknown can significantly influence our attitudes, and overthinking about the future can be quite dangerous. It can lead to either a positive or negative impact on how we feel and behave.
Ahh! I feel like things are about to get more serious already because adulting is real!!! Life is getting real for me I want to go back to being a baby but as a man, life is not easy for us and it is cruel. Everything is just getting more serious and it involves me taking heavy action and making a tough decision.
It took me a long time before I realized how our body works when we work out, my thought was the protein that we eat is stored in our muscles and that’s how we get bigger but I was wrong not until I saw a video online about how it truly works. I was shocked because I did not believe that our body is so intelligent and complex. Each time we work out at the gym our body goes through stress, and there is a tiny tear in our muscle. These tears are repaired by protein, our body reinforces that muscle and makes it stronger to overcome come same stress next time. Most people don’t even know that our body goes through stress each time we work out at the gym.
There was a particular stage in my life that I consumed a lot of alcohol every day and this was not because of my love for alcohol. It was because the group of people that I was hanging out with influenced me. I was never a great fan of alcohol because I love my peers I indulged them, and I did almost everything that they do, including taking alcohol every day. I had a roommate then when I was in university, he was a lover of alcohol and he introduced me to it, and I can still tell you that it was not a decision that I regret. I loved everything I did with alcohol then but I stopped based on health issues. If I did not have any complications, I probably still be taking alcohol.
I was in an argument with a guy today because he was comparing the forex market with meme coin. He said forex is just like a gamble and is nothing different from gambling your way to success. He also compared this to meme coin and he said the only reason why is in CRYPTO is because of meme coin and he’s been investing in it and that is the only way he can be successful. I was so pissed in the process because I was trying to let him know that forex might look like a gamble to many people but if you have the right knowledge, you can make decent money out of it and you can set yourself up for life. The same thing goes with crypto If you have the right knowledge and know where to put your money. It can also set you up for life, but this guy already made up his mind. He said knowledge doesn’t matter.
