Close to hitting 15,000 steps today which is lovely!
been a bit lack lustre with my updates once again but i’ve been active and just overall super busy recently so posting slips my mind. the days tend to speed by with this gym routine!
I hit chest today as-well as some carido, bunch of ab exercises and a decent amount of pull ups, so over all a great day hoping i feel the sting tomorrow!
