Also DogeCoin is rised by Elon Musk Twitter Tweet, i think its like manipulator. Also DogeCoin is cheap cryptocurrency, i don't see any good facts to invest DogeCoin because soo easy to earn it, Most cryptocurrencys rising because hard to obtain it or cannot obtain it anymore. Dogecoin logo is also based meme. I think DogeCoin not rising on future.
