I am pleased to provide you with step-by-step instructions for making a crazy hat in honour of the beautiful macaws of our country, Venezuela, whose multi-coloured feathers make these birds very exotic and beautiful.

Hola amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien en este nuevo inicio de semana, que cada uno de sus proyectos se materialicen y que además de eso puedan realizar muchas cosas creativas que hagan crecer y enriquecer esta comunidad.

Tengo e agrado de brindarle el paso a paso de un gorro loco en honor a las hermosas Guacamayas de nuestro país Venezuela, que entre plumas de varios colores hacen de estos pájaros aves muy exóticas y hermosas.

Materials - Materiales

• Frosted red foam
• Frosted white foam

Paso a Paso

I made each of the pieces of the macaw separately: the face area, the beak, the eyes, the eyelashes, and a foam tape to join the faces together to make the hat.

Hice por separado cada una de las piezas de la Guacamaya la zona de la cara de esta, las piezas de los picos, los ojos, las pestañas, y una cinta de fomy que permita unir las caras para lograr hacer el gorro.

On the face, we are going to stick on the lighter-coloured area of the eye. I did this by turning the red foam piece over to the smooth side without glitter. Then, on top of this piece, we must stick on the white area of the eye. Next, I stuck the red circle on top of the white piece, and then the black piece must be stuck on.

Sobre la cara vamos a pegar la zona de la mancha del ojo de un color mas claro, yo lo hice volteando la pieza del fomy rojo por el lado liso y que no tiene escarcha. Luego sobre esta pieza de la mancha debemos pegar la zona del ojo de color blanco.Luego pegué el circulo rojo sobre el la pieza blanca, y luego se debe pegar la pieza negra.

To make the macaw's eyes stand out a little more, I have stuck two circles on top of the black circle. Now we need to stick on the beak pieces. First stick on the lower part of the beak and then the larger beak.

Para destacar un poco mas los ojos de la Guacamaya, le he pegado dos círculos sobre el circulo negro. Ahora bien, debemos pegar las piezas de los picos, primero se pega la zona baja del pico y luego el pico mas grande.

To join the pieces, we use tape made from the same foam and, with the help of silicone, we join the faces together. In the beak area, we must cut out a black strip to correct the beak area.

Para unir las piezas usamos una cinta del mismo Fomy y con la ayuda del silicón unimos las caras, en la zona de pico debemos recortar una cinta negra para corregir la zona del pico.
