Pavlova with fresh Cream and Fruit

In this episode we whip up an Australian favourite "Pavlova" with the Headless Chef.

Whilst the actual process of cooking a Pav takes a couple of hours - we have brought the whole process to you in an easy-ish to follow 3 and a half minutes.

The Original recipe is taken from Stephanie Alexander's - "The Cooks Companion".
