Because other people are better putting into words how I feel after yesterday’s US election, I’d like to share a bit of today’s New York Times.Donald Trump told Americans exactly what he planned to do.He would use military force against his political opponents. He would fire thousands of career public servants. He would deport millions of immigrants in military-style roundups. He would crush the independence of the Department of Justice, use government to push public health conspiracies and abandon America’s allies abroad. He would turn the government into a tool of his own grievances, a way to punish his critics and richly reward his supporters. He would be a “dictator” — if only on Day One.

Back on July 20, the silver gold stackers community held its annual Monster Raffle.I did not win a prize…As you will see, @bengy won ALL of the prizes! 😄😄But, @bengy has a good and generous heart. And for some CRAZY reason he felt guilty for winning ALL of the prizes. So, @bengy decided to give three of his prizes away! He did this with the random number generator tool in the silver gold stackers discord.

Well… the last few weeks have been quite a whirlwindBefore I get into all of the things, thank you to everyone who commented or sent me discord DM’s after my initial post about mom. I haven’t been able to respond to everyone. Partly because things have been hectic. Partly, because it is so hard to find the words of appreciation for you all.

My beautiful, sweet mama passed away on 26th June, 2024.My life changed forever at 2:41pm on just another Wednesday.It doesn’t seem real, yet at the same time the reality is utterly suffocating.Mom had been sleeping a lot.

Friday morning my family lost my Aunt Christine (dad’s youngest sister and my godmother) to glioblastoma, an aggressive and incurable brain cancer.
