Everybody knows physical exercise is important, but does everyone treat it like it is? Why do you think that is? Finances? Lack of time? Uninterest in staying fit and healthy? Could be a number of things.
If you ask me, there are two types of people who love staying fit – the fanatics that love the idea of staying fit, and Team B, who love doing the work that results in staying fit itself. I think I belong more to the former, and so are the majority of people, the subtle difference, I reckon, is that the majority of people lack the self-awareness (or maybe the sincerity) to realize or acknowledge that they’re like this. What is common between the two groups though is a shared understanding that physical activity is of great benefit to health. But perhaps, these benefits are different for the two groups, and that is what accounts for their different attitudes towards it.
