I'm experimenting with posting some random bits of my genealogy research here. This is perhaps one of the most distant and most questionable links in my family tree. I didn't make it up but I did find it online with no other sources which is probably almost the same thing.

If that source is to be believed, then this individual, born somewhere in the neighborhood of 1500 B.C., is a very distant ancestor of Henry III. Henry III is my ancestor via his son Edmund whom my Grandfather's mother descends from.

I don't necessarily trust information like this but I record what I find, replacing it with more reliable info or more details as I find them. Definitely a link to take with a huge boulder of salt. If I were a professional genealogist then I'm sure I would never bother to record something like this with no real documentation. But I do this for fun so I tend to be very liberal with what I put in my family tree, even if highly questionable, unless I know or find something that is a stronger indication that it doesn't belong.
