Normalmente el 25 de diciembre luego del compartir de víspera de navidad es un dia de descanso total, en casa le llamamos 'morsear' al acto de estar en cama todo el dia viendo peliculas o series, comiendo recalentado del día anterior y los dulces que reservamos para este dia, pero esta vez quise hacer algo diferente, por eso invite a un amigo a jugar ping pong.
La última vez que jugué precisamente fue con mi amigo Ricardo hace mas de un año, no podiamos creer que había pasado tanto tiempo de la ultima vez, mas aun cuando es uno de mis pasatiempo y deportes favoritos, lo practique mucho en mi juventud, así que nos propusimos jugar mas seguido en nuestros tiempos libres, aprovechando el advenimiento del nuevo años y el establecimiento de metas.
Hacer deporte es una de las cosas que mas disfruto, pero este año que culmina no pude hacer mucho, al grado que mi peso aumentó considerablemente, sin embargo, aun no pierdo el toque y gane la mayoría de las veces, no tendré la rapidez y reflejos de antes, pero la astucia y experiencia ahora son mayores.
También fue un buen momento para enseñar a la nuevas generaciones, jóvenes de ambas familias nos acompañaron para jugar junto a nosotros y enseñarles lo poco que sabemos, en especial mi pequeña hija que le encantó jugar con su papá, además fue una buena excusa para desplegarlos de las pantallas y dedicarse un rato a este maravilloso deporte, donde trabajas, aunque parezca mentira, la resistencia y las piernas muchísimo.
Al final luego de estas agotados de tanto jugar, nos sentamos a conversar, ponernos al dia y compartir un refresquito que tanto nos gusta, algo irónico luego de hacer deporte, pero sirvió para pasar el rato y tener un 25 de diciembre divertido, ameno, lleno de emociones y distracción.

Ping Pong at Christmas for relaxation and fun
Normally on December 25th after sharing Christmas Eve is a day of total rest, at home we call 'morsear' the act of lying in bed all day watching movies or series, eating reheated from the day before and the sweets we reserve for this day, but this time I wanted to do something different, so I invited a friend to play ping pong.
The last time I played precisely was with my friend Ricardo more than a year ago, we couldn't believe it had been so long since the last time, even more when it is one of my favorite pastimes and sports, I practiced it a lot in my youth, so we proposed to play more often in our free time, taking advantage of the advent of the new year and the establishment of goals.
Doing sports is one of the things I enjoy the most, but this year that culminates I couldn't do much, to the fact that my weight increased considerably, however, I still don't lose my touch and I won most of the times, I won't have the speed and reflexes of before, but the cunning and experience now are greater.
It was also a good time to teach the new generations, young people from both families joined us to play with us and teach them the little we know, especially my little daughter who loved playing with her dad, it was also a good excuse to take them away from the screens and dedicate some time to this wonderful sport, where you work, believe it or not, endurance and legs a lot.
In the end, after being exhausted from playing so much, we sat down to talk, catch up and share a refreshing drink that we like so much, something ironic after playing sports, but it served to pass the time and have a fun, entertaining, full of emotions and distraction December 25th.
