Hello lovers of the orchard and gardens today I come to introduce you to the toad of the orchard of
@vidaverde. This 🐸 has been hanging around here for months, is already used to us and this view can capture them in a photo.
I was in my #gardenjournalthe, doing maintenance to the papyrus, these aquatic plants are fast growing and reproducing, the space was too small for them, and right there was the Sapo. He is always hanging around the aquatic plants.
Although at first he wasn't very convinced and crouched down to hide, then he kept looking at me and there I could take this picture of him, I guess he would think well this human is the one who puts fresh water here and has never scared me away .... hahaha...he's a weird human!
Since I brought the aquatic plants to use in the Bio Filter she is more at ease, bathing in this little ecosystem ideal for a toad to have a full and happy life.
We will use these aquatic plants from Papyrus as part of the filtering plants in the Bio Filter we are building to reuse the sewage from the washing machine, shower, sinks and after being filtered this water will be used for irrigation of the Agro Forest that we plan to start planting this year, this water will be a great help.
Benefits of having this toads in the garden 🐸.
Many times we do not think that some animals that perhaps are not so pleasant by their appearance turn out to be good allies for our garden, as it can be this toad in my garden.
Pest controllers: Toads eat insects, they feed at night at those hours when we are resting more unwanted insects attack our crops, they eat beetles, flies, worms and others.
They eat larvae and mosquitoes: one of the biggest enemies of humans can be these small and annoying blood suckers, especially in tropical countries like ours, that mosquitoes can carry diseases and they feed on them.
Having frogs and toads around here for us is fabulous, nature seeks its balance is this toad a pest exterminator that I get at low cost only asks for water for their fresh baths ... hehehe.

El sapo de jardín 🐸
Hola amantes de la huerta y jardines hoy les vengo a presentar al sapo de de la huerta de
@vidaverde. Este 🐸 lleva meses dando vueltas por aquí, ya se está acostumbrado a nosotros y puede captarlos en foto.
Estaba dándole mantenimiento a los papitos que crecen muy rápidamente y me tope con el Sapo. Siempre la encuentro entre los Papiros dándose un baño o cerca de ellos.
Aunque al inicio no estaba muy convencido y se agachó para ocultarse, luego se quedó mirándome y allí puede tomarle está foto.Me imagino que pensaría bueno está humana es la que pone agua fresca aquí y jamás me a espantado.... jajaja...es una humana rara!
Desde que traje las plantas acuáticas para usarlas en el Bio Filtro está más a gusto, dándose baños en este pequeño ecosistema ideal para que un sapo tenga una vida plena y feliz.
Estos Papiros los usaremos como pare de las plantas filtrantes en el Bio Filtro de estamos construyendo para reutilizar las aguas servidas provenientes de la lavadora, ducha, lavamanos que luego de ser filtradas esta agua sera usada para el riego del Agro Bosque que tenemos planificado empezar a sembrar este año, esta agua sera de gran ayuda.
Beneficios de tener este sapos en el jardin 🐸
Muchas veces no pensamos que algunos animales que quizás no son tan agraden por su aspecto resultan ser buenos aliados para nuestra huerta, como lo puede ser este sapo de mi jardin.
Controladores de plagas : Los sapos comen insectos , ellos se alimentan de noche a esas horas donde estamos descansando mas insectos no deseados atacan nuestro cultivos.Comen escarabajos, moscas, gusanos entre otros.
Comen larvas y zancudos: uno de los mayores enemigos de los humanos pueden ser estos pequeños y molestos chupa sangre , sobre todo en paises tropicales como el nuestro, que los zancudos pueden llevar enfermedades y ellos se alimentan de ellos.
Tener ranas y sapos por aquí para nosotros es fabuloso, la naturaleza busca su equilibrio es este sapo un exterminador a plaga que me sale a bajo costo solo pide agua para sus baños frescos ... jejeje.
