133 days ago I started a journey of trying to lose weight using only AI as my "nutritionist," helping me choose which foods would make sense for me to lose weight while also avoiding feeling deprived or psychologically worrying about wanting to eat something I can't.

I don't know if this type of approach makes sense to experts in the field, but it's been the way I've found to improve my quality of life.

This has been my progress so far:

Date Weight (Kg) Diff (Kg)
12/07/2025 139.10 -
19/07/2025 136.40 -2.7
30/07/2025 133.80 -2.6
09/08/2025 133.20 -0.6
27/09/2025 130.09 -3.11
04/10/2025 131.3 1.21
11/10/2025 128.8 -2.5
26/10/2025 131.8 +3
21/11/2025 129.9 -1.9

Currently, I've lost a total of 9.2 kg.
For me, this is good progress considering I haven't deprived myself of social moments with friends, from dinners to get-togethers.

Besides noticing the difference in the number shown on the scale, I've also noticed it in my clothes and my physical appearance.

Currently, my main meals (lunch and dinner) are based on sautéed vegetables or salads.

Honestly, I've adapted very well to not eating pasta, potatoes, or rice at mealtimes.

If nothing serious happens and I continue to feel good, I will adopt this diet permanently.
