Hola amigos de #hive y de esta maravillosa comunidad, es la primera publicación que comparto desde este espacio. Quiero unirme a la iniciativa propuesta por @mayvileros ya que como hivers que somos estamos en el deber de aprender, conocer y compartir todos aquellos detalles de relevancia de nuestra blockchain. Es cierto que esta plataforma no nació ayer 😃 sin embargo se ha mantenido evolucionando, a cada uno de estos procesos debemos prestarle mucha atención porque formamos parte de ellos. ¿Las ballenas? Es un tema muy interesante para desarrollar, al principio, cuando me inicié tuve muchas inquietudes con respecto a ellas, para ser sincera no me imaginaba ni remotamente que eran personas y/o cuentas poderosas dentro de Hive; incluso una vez me cuestioné por no comprender cómo si la mayoría habla de Hive como una colmena y estamos representados por abejas 🤨 por qué de pronto salen las ballenas, los delfines y demás figuras marinas 😁 Espero que luego de esta iniciativa planteen otra en la que se detallen todos estos aspectos. En fin, hablemos de las BALLENAS DE HIVE.
Hello friends of #hive and this wonderful community, this is the first post I share from this space. I want to join the initiative proposed by @mayvileros since as hivers that we are we are in the duty to learn, know and share all those details of relevance of our blockchain. It is true that this platform was not born yesterday 😃 however it has kept evolving, to each of these processes we must pay close attention because we are part of them. The whales? It is a very interesting topic to develop, at the beginning, when I started I had many concerns regarding them, to be honest I did not even remotely imagine that they were people and/or powerful accounts within Hive; even once I questioned myself for not understanding how if most talk about Hive as a hive and we are represented by bees 🤨 why suddenly whales, dolphins and other marine figures come out 😁 I hope that after this initiative they raise another one in which all these aspects are detailed. Anyway, let's talk about the HIVE'S WHALES

Este tipo de iniciativa es una de las dinámicas que más actividad genera en la blockchain, mediante ellas todos los que andamos por aquí y leemos cada una de las publicaciones, aprendemos muchísimo de los contenidos expuestos, no dudo que ahora mismo hayan hivers sin entender o al menos tener una idea de lo que son las ballenas.
This type of initiative is one of the dynamics that generates more activity in the blockchain, through them all of us who are around here and read each of the publications, we learn a lot from the contents exposed, I do not doubt that right now there are hivers without understanding or at least have an idea of what are the ballenas.

Las ballenas en Hive tienen como función "curar" contenido. No es una labor sencilla a mi entender. Estas se dedican a leer los contenidos de todos nosotros, cada una de ellas tiene sus parámetros, requisitos, normas o condiciones para curar.
The whales in Hive have the function of "curating" content. It is not a simple task in my opinion. These are dedicated to read the contents of all of us, each one of them has its parameters, requirements, rules or conditions to cure.
2🐳 ¿Tienes una ballena favorita en Hive? ¿Por qué? / Do you have a favorite whale in Hive? Because?
Todas las ballenas son importantes, sin embargo uno se va encariñando con aquellas que nos ven, leen y apoyan nuestros contenidos y hasta interactúan. Tengo mis ballenas favoritas porque han apoyado constantemente mis publicaciones, pero especialmente porque le han dado un lugar de importancia a los hivers de habla hispana aquí en la blockchain y fuera de ella.
All whales are important, however one gets attached to those who see us, read and support our content and even interact. I have my favorite whales because they have constantly supported my publications, but especially because they have given a place of importance to Spanish-speaking hivers here on the blockchain and beyond.
3🐳 ¿Si fueras una ballena, qué sería lo primero que harías? / If you were a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
Si yo me convirtiera en una ballena lo primero que haría es buscar asesoría de parte de las ballenas vigentes para aprender más sobre las responsabilidades, funciones y tareas que tiene una ballena con la intención de mantener el equilibrio en el ecosistema valorando contenidos de buena calidad y que sean de mi agrado. Apoyaría a los hivers nuevos tal como lo han hecho conmigo 💙
If I were to become a whale the first thing I would do is seek advice from current whales to learn more about the responsibilities, roles and tasks a whale has with the intention of maintaining balance in the ecosystem by valuing good quality content that is to my liking. I would support new hivers as they have supported me 💙
4🐳 Reconociendo el trabajo de Mayvileros desde el 2018 ¿Que harías si ves que se convierte la comunidad en una ballena? / Recognizing the work of Mayvileros since 2018, what would you do if you saw that the community turned into a whale?
Si la comunidad Mayvileros se convierte en una ballena les desearía todo el éxito del mundo 🌍, considero que en las comunidades se realizan excelentes trabajos para hacer crecer Hive.
If the Mayvileros community becomes a ballena I would wish them all the success in the world 🌍, I consider that excellent work is done in the communities to grow Hive.
