Image by David Pinder from PixabayIf you have been buzzing around my profile, you would have seen that I have been up to my elbows and knees in chocolate, icing, cookie and cake batter and cocoa powder! I swear when I got into the bath, and got out, it looked like I had become a chocolate teabag! The bath was full of chocolate like a giant tub of of cocoa 😂😂

Although I experimented with various topping to start, I eventually reverted to plain butter to make sure I gave everyone a fair fight!I have been so busy baking my own goodies this week, that I fell a bit behind on posting about my quest to find the perfect hot cross bun!

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank some very special people who have held my hand during this first introductory Easter themed enterprise/ endeavor and who helped me introduce Claire's Crazy Cakes, Bakes and Kitchen Hacks to the world!

I have been thinking about this ridiculous cake since day one of my Easter Enterprise Adventure! Trying to figure out in my head what icing would go where, how and if I would blend chocolate and vanilla together.Another serious consideration was construction. Prior to this, my record was a 6 layer cake ad that was already ambitious. This 8 layer cake was incredibly daunting, but once I actually got going (after leaving it till last) was my favourite creation and I had the most fun making!

Last night I finished our gorgeous Easter Bunny Cupcakes!They consisted of vanilla and chocolate bases and were iced using chocolate and vanilla swirl icing and chocolate and vanilla cupcake bases. I also let them shine with Glitter Snow Sprinkles!

Shew! Wow! I'm just blown away by the support I've received so far! You guys are AWESOME! Good luck finding the biscuits in all that chocolate! I wasn't kidding when I said they were double dipped!!Today was awesome because I got to box and package them in these stunning boxes with black tissue paper and they just look perfect!
