The sudden influx of socializing and movement make me forget who I am as an individual. For this conglomeration of planes, buses, and long walks between the two I wanted to pack lightly but, full of memories.

I'm living slowly. Intentionally. Rock by rock & one small step after another.The most important part of this process is enjoying the moment. Being present is something I have struggled with as a lifelong day dreamer. I am always looking towards the future.

Said to be one of the worlds oldest species of trees, ginkgo has survived and thrived through the many stages of humanity. Depending on how you see the human story, this tree was here long before. As humans learned to utilize the herbs around them, the popularity of ginkgo spread.

We have arrived at the very exciting point in our building process where things are taking shape. What has been only a footprint of a house is actually starting to look like a house thanks to the progress we have made with the wood frame over the past two weeks.

For the first time in 9 years I will be going home for the holidays. Thanks to the upsurge in the price of BTC I was able to purchase my tickets but, there isn't much left over for buying gifts. That is alright, I don't call myself Calendula Craft just for fun. Time for some herb-related crafting!
