Good day to my hive learners family, it has been a smooth long ride from day 1 till now, we even celebrated the 1 year anniversary weeks ago and the journey is still on, who knows how far we will be together, only time will tell but i love the community and the things we do... There is so much to learn from my fellow authors, experience, life lesson, skills and many more!
I choose not to ponder much on my regret in life, i have won and lost and what matters more is that i learnt a lot of lessons that made me who i am today but if i am giving a chance to reduce my age and start life again, there are some things i would love to correct in my life....
The year 2011 is an unforgettable year for me, it was the year so many new things happened in my life...
It was the year i graduated from secondary school, the year i took good and bad decisions and the year i fell in love with someone for the first time also same year i got heart broken, the year i left home for good, the year i started working, the year i started fending for myself, the year i moved to the city, the year i started dreaming of a good life, the year i collected my first salary, the year i open my first bank account, so so many things happened that year but can't mention it all cos that can make a post on its own. lol
So i would love to go back in time to change some of my decisions and the first one is the schooling part, when i graduated that year, i failed maths so does my classmates, only one person passed maths in our department, so while my friends were doing gce and other kind of exam, i didn't join them to do it, i said i want to rest for one year first, unfortunately for me, that 1 year rest became 12 years for me, most of my classmate already forgot they went to school and here i am, just about to start.... So if i can reduce my age and go back in time, i would go to school earlier and be done with it already....No regret though as i was able to pursue other stuffs during my absence in school...
Another thing i would have avoided was professing my love for that person i fell in love with because i did not just lose my love, i also lost my best friend, we were good as friends, walking the whole area together, enjoying each other company and playing all day till night, i would have control my feelings and not let love happen....
Aside these two things, another thing i would pick interest in at an early age would have been bitcoin, it was selling at cent in 2009, i would buy a lot of it and by now, i would be a billionaire, it is just a wishful thinking lol....
