Today we were in Genova Italy. The city is old and if walls could talk out city exploration excursion would have taken 10 hours. Mussels with saffron I went to dinner and it was a special night. I decided on mussels. They were made with saffron and cream. It was cooked in white wine and it was heavenly. I love mussels. We have them here in Zeeland. In Europe the Dutch mussels are famous and it's an export product for us.
