After 10 days of vacation, I lost 4 lbs of body weight, increased my squat by 40 pounds and my bench press by 30 (thanks to the fact that since UK hotels don’t have to worry so much about getting sued, they can have squat racks in their fitness rooms!).
The obvious take-away is that, for training purposes, I SHOULD STAY ON VACATION!
