Let me just say it straight: The Pit isn’t your regular hospital show. Forget what you know about slow motion hallway walks, romantic subplots dragging for ten seasons (Like Grey's Anatomy 😂🤮), or the token dramatic surgery scene with violins playing in the background. This show doesn’t do filler. It’s fast, it’s emotional, and it’s real. Every single episode of The Pitt is like a shot of adrenaline, tense, raw, and absolutely gripping from the first minute to the last.

Eighteen blog posts later, I’m finally back to where it all started ! My Vietnam trip with my sweetheart @yugadi. Yep, I’ve somehow managed to detour through a hundred thoughts, reviews, and life updates, but we’re back, baby ! This is Day 4 of our trip, our final day in Hanoi before heading up north to the dreamy hills of Sapa. And what a day it was ! packed, chaotic, sweet, caffeinated, foggy, and honestly just so us.

I attended my very first traditional Tamil baby shower last month on the 20th of April, and let me tell you, I had absolutely no clue what to expect. I’d never been to a baby shower before let alone one steeped in South Indian customs and rituals and whatnot, so I just showed up with zero context with my folks and full curiosity. It was my cousin brother’s function, and the whole extended family had gathered for it. There was warmth in the air, loads of laughter, women in beautiful sarees, and the kind of festive chaos that only family events can bring.

There are games you play and forget, and then there are games that make you want to swing through virtual cities just because it’s fun. Spider Man Remastered on the PS5 is absolutely the latter. When I picked up this game, I expected a few hours of decent action and maybe a sprinkle of nostalgia. What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with a city, it’s people, and a red and blue suited hero all over again.

The franchise has spent decades burrowing into our brains with the most mundane things becoming instruments of terrifying, brutal demise 😂 and Final Destination: Bloodlines is no exception. But this time, there’s a twist.

Sometimes a movie comes along that feels like it wants to be everything all at once, thrilling, emotional, action packed, and mysterious but in the end, it just ends up being a whole lot of nothing. That’s Exterritorial in a nutshell streaming on Netflix. The idea behind it had potential, I’ll give it that. There’s the whole “government cover up” angle, a hint of sci-fi intrigue, and a female lead who’s clearly meant to be a badass. But all of that gets drowned in poor execution, cliche storytelling, and a serious lack of character depth.
