" LEG DAY"

Everyone who goes to the gym likes to skip a leg session or two, don't be that person! My legs have always been super skinny but we are slowly getting there.:)

Training legs benefits your body massively helping increase your metabolism which helps with fat loss and also enhances overall muscle gain!

I have been training legs twice a week for the past 10 weeks instead of just the one session and I feel this works best for me and my body. 

Squats, sumo deadlifts, leg extension, leg curl, calf isolation and bb glute bridges for session 1 of 2.
