2 Types of Raisin

Raisin is a dried grapes. Eating too much will knocked you down and sleep well.
It is one of my daily habit is eating some dried fruit. Why dried fruits? My reason is that buying fresh fruits could be rotten most especially when I am alone at home. There are time that I have no appetite in eating anything and forget about meal keep the most when I am busy online games or else. Many times, I found fruits already rotten. I love grapes in black or green or red. So, instead of buying grapes which is very expensive this time, I am wiser buying the dried one.
These are two types of raisin, the black and yellow. The yellow derived from green grapes, the seller told me and the black one was from red grapes. I bought half kilo to every clasification. It will compensate my craving in a month. Eating this seedless raisen helps my body and health. This is not advisable to a person with diabetes because it has more sugar. Though it is from a fruit but there are do's and don't and being restricted to everyone.
I only eat 10 pieces everyday and enough. That's all and have a great day !
