Today, many freshers are finding it hard to create a proper resume. I understand that resume requirements differ from one recruiter to another, and based on the job requirements too. I have seen some people hiring just based on academic qualifications, and some recruiters hire based on skills, and they don't care about marks or even completing the degree. But it is also our luck to land on a job that works out well for us based on all these requirements.

People have two options now. To embrace the emergence of AI and get into that, or to find a job that AI can never replace. Automation is not a new thing. It used to be the case with regular automation too, where it was common for people to lose their jobs if a bot replaced their nature of work. The same is happening with AI too, where AI is the next level of automation. We can be safe if we know which Job to choose where it can never be replaced by AI.

I see a lot of people getting passed out from their college but haven't been placed in any company. The demand for jobs is always a gamble. Sometimes the market is very good, and sometimes the market is very bad, and it is hard to find a new job based on our needs and requirements. Freshers who are just out of college are usually confused, and they also don't know what to decide when it comes to a job.

While reaching almost half of the life span, the importance of having good health is surfacing little by little. I always wanted to stay healthy from my very young age, and I used to spend time on exercise or yoga, or any physical activity. But something like life keeps us busy, and we might find it hard to spend time on taking care of our bodies.

Today, every other field has started using AI for its needs. Some big MNC companies are very careful in using AI and its features, especially for coding, because sometimes the answers from AI can also be wrong. They are trying to be very careful, but at the same time, they are missing a big opportunity where AI can do some amazing things and reduce the workload for their employees. Anyway, that's a different topic for another day.

Today, it has become a trend to give plants as return gifts at functions. There are so many things that are being given as return gifts, but giving plants as return gifts is a very nice thing because there is a need for them in today's world. I attended functions today and yesterday, and my friend had organized for plants to be taken away from the function. The interesting part for me was the cost of each plant.
