Santo Domingo - a capital and larges city of Dominican Republic. While visually it really doesn't appear to look liek a huge megalopolis, the population exceed 3 mln people out there. Founded in 1496 by Spanish, the central part of the city reflects true colonial architecture.

Normally we do have very humid air here at the Eastern coast of the Baltic Sea. Especially it is noticeable during the winter. In this situation in a situation of a little negative temperature you feel much more colder, rather than if you live in a dry air climate And when first cold is coming rapidly, time to time it covers all around in a frost, making all the world around look much more unusual and beautiful.

Pretty interesting natural phenomena here while in a overall bright sunny day suddenly strong fog comes from the sea over the Curonian Spit. Most probably it has something to do with some sea currents changing to a colder ones coming from the deeper layers of the sea. At this point it looks just amazing and all the view divided by milky fog and deep blue sky
