En esta oportunidad comparto una caminata en el atardecer por la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Este martes no hubo pilates por la celebracion de carnavales y aproveche la invitación de mi amiga Dea para hacer una caminata hasta los bosques de Palermo junto a Areta (su perrita), no tenía idea de la distancia, razón por la cual active la aplicación de Relieve. Salí de casa 6 y 30 p.m con la certeza que a las 8 p.m aún estaría la ciudad iluminada por el sol, como sucedía días atras, pero me sorprendió que a las 7 y 15 p.m ya había llegado la noche con brisa fría, los últimos tres días han sido de intensa lluvia, se aproxima el otoño.
This time I share a sunset walk in the city of Buenos Aires. This Tuesday there was no pilates due to the celebration of carnivals and I took advantage of my friend Dea's invitation to take a walk to the woods of Palermo with Areta (her dog), I had no idea of the distance, which is why I activated the Relieve application. I left home at 6:30 p.m. with the certainty that at 8 p.m. the city would still be illuminated by the sun, as it happened days before, but I was surprised that at 7:15 p.m. the night had already arrived with a cold breeze, the last three days have been of intense rain, autumn is approaching.
Caminamos unas cuantas cuadras para llegar a una amplia avenida que debe su nombre a Juan B. Busto, cuenta con amplias caminerias por las cuales transitan ciclistas, patinadores , patinetas. También se observa en el trayecto espacios para sentarse a charlar, hacer picnic, acostarse en la grama, en fin, un bonito corredor deportivo que ofrece recreación segun el gusto de las personas.
We walked a few blocks to reach a wide avenue named after Juan B. Busto, with wide paths for bicyclists, skaters and skateboarders. There are also spaces to sit and chat, have a picnic, lie down on the grass, in short, a nice sports corridor that offers recreation according to the taste of the people.
Areta disfrutaba al igual que nosotras del recorrido, mientras conversábamos amenamente aproveche para capturar imágenes. Al llegar a los bosques de Palermo el ambiente era de alegría, grupos de personas haciendo ejercicio, ciclistas, running, monopatines, patinetas, patines con ruedas de colores iluminando el pavimento, llamó nuestra atención los botes de pedales sobre el lago, pero ya estaban cerrando (queda pendiente esta actividad).
Areta enjoyed the tour as much as we did, while we chatted pleasantly I took the opportunity to capture images. When we arrived at the Palermo woods the atmosphere was joyful, groups of people exercising, cyclists, runners, skateboarders, skateboards, skates with colored wheels illuminating the pavement, our attention was drawn by the pedal boats on the lake, but they were already closing (this activity is still pending).
Cuidar el cuerpo a través del ejercicio físico sumando un ambiente que ofrece dinamismo, belleza, orden, respeto, compartir, alegría, amistad (combustible para cerebro), solo se necesita estar conectado con el PRESENTE, es en el aquí y ahora donde transcurre la vida, una premisa relevante para mi, aunque el estrés y la ansiedad a veces me visitan y hasta el sueño me quitan...
Recorrimos 4.3 kilómetros, llegué un poco cansada a casa pero satisfecha con el regalo adicional de una noche de sueño profundo y reparador.
