¡Un paso necesario! A needed step!Circuito funcional para perder peso¡En este post de #HCalisthenics les traigo nuestro primer circuito funcional, diseñado en conjunto con @edixovm y @markworkout para nuestra evaluación final del curso en entrenamiento funcional. Para diseñar este circuito nos reunimos un día en el Parque Vereda del Lago para definir los ejercicios de la sesión. El circuito se rige por unas normas específicas basadas en datos científicos sobre lo que es más recomendable para la perdida de grasa corporal.

A busy dayToday was quite a long day, starting with the fact that I had no electricity all night and had to get up early to go to the hospital. At the hospital I had 2 consultations and they prescribed me some tests and medications, luckily that didn't take too long and I was able to go to the Lago Mall to see the stores and activate my bank card. This new card will allow me to use my money easily, even if I don't have internet, so it's an important tool.

Leg routineThis report from Actifit is proof that calisthenics do make legs! Today we did a routine that we haven't done for a long time, but that still represents a challenge. It is a super series leg routine and a descending ladder. This means that at the beginning the number of repetitions was very high, but later it was reduced by 20 repetitions in each set, however, the rest time was also reduced by 1 minute in each set.
