Today mom brought a saffron that has already bloomed in our garden. I helped her to remove the saffron threads from the flowers.
I carefully separated the three threads, being careful not to separate them.
I placed them on kitchen paper to dry.
When they are dried, we will store them in a glass jar and use them as a spice.
