ProcessWhen I paint with watercolor, I apply a very light wash in the beginning so that I can build up the painting step by step.I really liked this part of the painting, so I wanted to share it with you separately. The way the color has blended with the painting I really liked that here.

I recently visited a village. Since childhood, I’ve grown up in the city, but I’ve always loved the quietness of the countryside. The paddy fields, rivers, and canals reflect the natural beauty of our region. Our rural Bengal is full of vibrant colors. This is a painting of a village cowshed, where a farming family keeps their cattle. I’ve tried to capture the essence of rural Bengal using watercolor.
