Happy New Year, my friends! Today I'd like to share some images with this beloved community.

Amidst the lush trees and soothing chirping of birds, lies a stunning natural beauty in North Aceh Regency: the Blang Kolam waterfall. Located in the forest area of Kutamakmur District, this waterfall is a natural tourist destination offering a serenity and charm that's hard to forget.

Okay, friends, please continue following my blog to see the beauty and charm of this waterfall through the images I took during my visit a few days ago.

If you've been following my blogs lately, you'll have noticed one of my blogs that tells and shares about one of the beauties of North Aceh: the Blang Kolam waterfall. However, after opening my gallery, I still have some pictures I took while there. I'm returning to this community today to share some of those remaining images.

The journey to this location required some effort. We traveled from Bireuen Regency to North Aceh, a nearly hour-long motorcycle ride. Upon arriving at Jl. Elak, I immediately took out my phone to take some pictures, as the area was still very dense, visible from both sides of the journey.

Long story short, after a journey we didn't realize we'd made, we finally arrived at the main entrance, the gate to the Blang Kolam Waterfall tourist destination.

Upon arrival, several of my friends seemed eager to descend the 1,000 steps to reach the waterfall. As I mentioned above, the journey to the location does require more effort. After reaching the gate, we had to trek another 15 minutes down another 1,000 steps.

My friend...
This place is located in the forest area of Kutamakmur District, and this waterfall has become a natural tourist destination offering a tranquility and charm that is hard to forget. It has also become a popular tourist destination for locals and those from outside North Aceh.

Well...
Given its remote location and the difficult journey to reach this tourist destination, the facilities are also quite basic. However, the facilities here are quite complete, including a prayer room, rest areas, food stalls, and other facilities, as are provided at most tourist destinations in Aceh. However, here, the facilities are somewhat different, as the facilities are built simply. Here are some photos I took of the facilities provided in this tourist destination area.

Then our adventure continued, descending the Thousand Steps. The path was very steep, and it wasn't just downhill; sometimes, circumstances required us to climb, and the stairs had already been built, even though more than a thousand steps.

My friend...
These stairs were built by the local government to help visitors avoid unwanted incidents on their way to the main site. I personally found the 1000th date very helpful, even though the structure was simple, it was better than having to climb straight down. You can imagine what would happen if it started raining if these stairs weren't there.

On the way down the stairs we found several rest posts but it was a bit of a shame because the posts looked like they were not being managed so at first glance they looked very scary and very spooky and this is one of the posts that I took a picture of on the way to Blang Kolam Waterfall.

Honestly, descending the Thousand Steps wasn't easy, and I was very exhausted, as were my friends. But all the fatigue was worth it when I heard the roar of the water, signaling the beauty of nature awaiting before my eyes.

"It felt like finding a little paradise in the middle of the forest. When I arrived at the bottom of the waterfall, which towered about 75 meters, I was immediately amazed. The air here was so cool and the atmosphere was so pristine." That was one of the thoughts that immediately crossed my mind when I first saw the beauty before my eyes.

My friends...
Blang Kolam Waterfall has a natural pool beneath it. Furthermore, the large trees surrounding it provide a shady and peaceful feel, making it a perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here are some pictures I took with my cell phone the first time I saw this beauty.

Besides its captivating natural panorama, Blang Kulam is also known as a favorite camping spot. One of my friends said that at night, the sound of crickets and the trickling water combine to create a natural harmony that soothes the soul. He has personally camped here several times.

I also took some photos to share on social media at this destination. Okay, friends, and to all of you, if you ever find yourself in North Aceh, I highly recommend visiting this destination for its pristine natural beauty.

That's all for now, and thank you all for taking the time to view and read my blog to the end.
Greetings everyone.
See you in my next blog.
