This is gonna be a quick twofer. I went running last Tuesday but missed last week so picked it back up yesterday. This time I went running at a nearby Military Treatment Facility (MTF) track.
On the Thursay before last week, I had went on a pretty decent distance run. At first, my mind didn't feel up for it and I felt as though I would bail after a few miles but, once I got going, I just kept going ending putting in 7 miles during the session.
One of the most prominent feaures of the path was trash and lot's of it.
As mentioned previously, we try to leave places cleaner than we found them so I did my part and picked up a few pieces of garbage including this empty glass bottle of tequila. Considering making trash cleanup a persistent theme in subsequent runs.
Anyways, here are the data charts from both runs.
The good news is I am getting faster and my pace is picking up. Now, I just need to focus on being consistent.
