We even finally set up the Carrom and played on it for the first time since April (photo).

We are in a new place with a lot of people and are expecting a few more. I didn't feel like going back to sleep again around eight, even if that would have suited my rhythm.

Then I realized that I wasn't falling asleep to a podcast, but to the voices of a video interview. I had placed my device far away on the floor next to the bed, as the video was unfortunately not conveniently available offline without radiation. I had already studied it a bit during the day and wanted to listen to this interview again due to the lack of my favorite podcast.

I often have that experience. And I don't want to demonize it. I often sleep well. And nights like this are somehow part of my rhythms.
