According to Wikipedia, "Quiche (KEESH) is a savoury, open crust with a filling made with eggs and milk or cream with one or more of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. Quiche can be served hot or cold."
I went to the supermarket to buy food for dinner the other day. The salmons looked so fresh so I bought some.
The first idea that came into my mind was baking salmon quiche because I had all the ingredients at home.
