Hello everyone!

Walks, especially those close to nature, are a great opportunity to admire its beauty. I often stop, take pictures with my camera or mobile phone.
Birds flying high in the sky, fish living in the depths, ants working breathlessly for their community - how wonderful this world is! Everything fits together like in a puzzle. The absence of one or more distorts the overall picture.
I like to experiment on myself, so I test the effects of some plants and herbs on myself. Until now, I am impressed by their beneficial effects.
Water is also a great mystery. Heard he has a memory. Heals. Reacts to emotions. How it's possible?
The human brain. How many limitations does it have? How can it be improved? How do I stop the aging process? How can I prevent diseases such as dementia, Alzheimer's or Parkinson's?
And one more question that has been bothering me almost from birth:
Life ... does it exist only here and now? When we give our last breath, is it the final end, emptiness, non-existence? Or maybe there is something else besides our physical body, beyond matter, to which we are sometimes too attached?
