My name is Eliecer Gumbs I was born on the island of Saint Marteen to Dominican parents currently residing in New York City (the city that does not sleep). In 2002, my parents decided to send me to the Dominican Republic because my grandparents wanted to raise me. I had a very healthy childhood which I enjoyed very much! Together with all my family. In 2007 I decided to go to the island of Puerto Rico (island of charm) with my parents which I found it very difficult to adapt because we arrived in a new country with a different culture, we had no friends, family or anything. I arrived for June of the year 2007 I remember that I was enrolled in the school His name is (Pepita Garriga) where I started 5th grade. It was very difficult for me at first because I had no friends, I absolutely did not know anyone, I had no one to help me with my bad English. I never had the opportunity to learn English in the Dominican Republic. Do you understand me? Days later I met my neighbor named Juan José Castillo, I happened to be studying in the same school as me. We became good friends and then I understood the system, we helped each other until we were able to graduate from sixth grade. Approximately 10 years in Puerto Rico in 2017 I decide to travel to New York City is totally in love! I currently live here !!!!!
