This has got to be one of my favorite video shoots in the past couple of years. Essentially, this is a chair workout video that we created for my short film *Nocturnal Excursion*.
In my next post, I will go into details about the video and it's coming into existence. For now, simply enjoy this strange but lovely workout video.
