METHOD OF PREPARATION
Have you ever eaten stifado? If not, now is the time to try and you can prepare it yourself after a simple recipe!
In a thick-walled pot, the oil is warmed and all the meat cut into cubes and crushed by any skin. Then, next to the browned meat on all sides, add the onion cut fish.
