Selling a house at a profit can be an expensive proposition.My husband and I are pensioners, who live in the U.S.A. Our income is basically frozen in stone, except for programmed inflation adjustments (which never actually keep pace with inflation). If we spend money, we aren't going to earn more to replace it. This tends to make us, and most pensioners, rather conservative financial planners.

Spoiler Alert, Spoiler Alert, Spoiler Alert It is impossible for me to discuss this film as I would like without giving away much of it, including the ending. However, that ending is foreseeable, once the characters have set upon a course of action. There is an inevitability to their fate, a fate to which they inexorably move as the film progresses.

The scars on my mother’s arms lasted for years. These scars were teeth marks, inflicted by my brother Everett, who could not control his muscles--neither his ability to swallow nor the bite reflex which caused him to clamp down on anything that came near his mouth.

There is nothing static about life. Even when we think we're frozen into inaction, we are changing. Every cell in our body, everything around us, is dynamic. And so, LMAC is changing. @shaka began this community six years ago. I learned of it during the third round, and I was enchanted. As I have revealed in prior posts, I actually failed art when I was in the eighth grade. That broke my heart, because I loved art. Love art.

This was going to be a blog about transitioning from fall/Thanksgiving to winter/Christmas. I had some interesting pictures, but wanted a few more to represent nature transitioning. So I went to the beach. There I saw what had to be hundreds of birds sunning themselves. I parked right next to them, and made the mistake of opening my car door.

In July of this year I wrote a blog about a new dog my daughter adopted. He was a puppy at the time. Here is a picture of him from that blog. He is still a puppy (he'll be 9 months on December 11th), but he has grown quite a bit and has developed a definite personality.
