These NBA playoffs have been very fun! The NBA in the 20's has proven to be the rise of the next generation and this new batch of stars has really intrigued me and have grown on me. One player that has really caught my eye in a big way is Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton!

Unfortunately, baseball was played yesterday at Citizens Bank Park, not football. The Phillies really lost by a touchdown and a field goal and my word that was embarrassing. This three game losing streak feels like a six game losing streak at this point! The Phillies have now lost three straight by a total score of 32-12!! Unacceptable!

Alright well, I believe I will be getting back into the swing of things again finally. I'm pretty confident I'll be back on track with the Phils for the most part.The Phillies won their series against Atlanta which was outstanding, but since then have struggled a bit badly. The Phils haven't just lost but they've been outscored 15-5 in those losses. Additionally, the typically elite and reliable Zack Wheeler gave up six runs in Thursday's loss!

Well, this time I honestly don't have a fantastic excuse as to why I haven't posted. Like usual, I've really just been stressed and down in the dumps. Life really is crazy and relentless at times. Ugh.The Phillies completed their three game series against the Athletics on Sunday. It was really quite the series and as a fan of both teams, that was a satisfying watch! The Phillies won the series, but their nine game winning streak was snapped Sunday. Again, as a fan of both teams, it was at least cool on a personal level to see the A's snap the Phils streak. Better than any other team. Every single game of the series was highly competitive! Two of the three games were decided just by one run, and the one game that wasn't went to extra innings! The total score of the series was 17-14 in favor of the Phillies. A real treat! I could honestly go back and watch that series someday with joy. Quite a unique scenario for me in that regard.

Life has been outrageously stressful during the last approximately 24 hours or so. Also I suppose I'm lazy? Oh well. The Phillies games come daily so, I am bound to miss some.Yesterday the Phillies played my second favorite team in the Athletics and that was pretty trippy to watch. Of all the sports I follow, baseball is the only sport that I actually have a second team that I genuinely care about. The Phillies are the top dawg comfortably but, I will always have a special place in my heart for the A's too.

Man oh man, it's prime baseball time, the NBA Conference finals are on with the Thunder and Timberwolves playing as we speak, and slowly but surely football season is starting up! Various minicamps are underway and the NFL schedule was released the other day!
