This post is insanely late which is nothing too new for me but today is CHRISTMAS, so yeah this blog is going to be hasty to say the least. Been a great day with my son!!The Sixers won despite soooo much drama on Monday against the Spurs. What else is new? Drummond was kicked out, then unkicked out, Embiid was then straight up kicked out mostly due to him being a drama queen. But yes as I said the Sicers somehow won still?? Pretty nuts. Only the Sixers.

Saturday was pretty hard to watch, the Sixers were without Embiid and the Cavs ae just a buzz saw in 2024/25. I was hoping to see the Sixers compete better and inject some optimism but they were clearly outmatched especially without their big man. The team is still attempting to build chemistry as it is on top of it all. But I think that game could be the humbling they needed. They may be making baby steps in terms of improving, but they still have a long way to go in the big picture.

As I predicted, last week's Bengals game was a critical hit on Will Levis's NFL career to be a franchise quarterback. Things were not lookimg good going in that game but now it is official. Levis has been benched for the season and Mason Rudolph is the starter the rest of the season. Kinda wish the Titans made this decision weeks ago. But now I suppose there will be less people begging to see Levis get a chance. Maybe in the long term is was good to know once and for all Levis is not the future. It's just been a weird season.

The Sixers won AGAIN last night, officially sweeping the Hornets in the 2024/25 regular season and reaching ten straight wins overall against them! The big three actually played last night again which was awesome, Embiid wore his mask to help protect his sinus facture. He ended up dropping 34 in just 31 minutes! Maxey dropped in 23 more points of his own, and Paul George essentially played as a swiss army knife role, nearly achieving a double double with ten rebounds, eight assists and just five points. An intriguing, solid contribution. His adaptability on a team constructed may be a massively important role. I'm starting to see George as like a Andre Iguodala/Chris Bosh/ type of role on this team, and he may have potential to be even better than those guys in this role. A TRUE number three. Hmmm.

Ryan Tannehill had one of the best performances of his career four years ago today!I really like this card. It has a great quality picture. Looks traditional in a way, and mildly exotic. Almost a 1970's feel or something. James Bond-y.

It's feeling like proper winter weather in my neck of the woods, as it probably should since today is the last day of autumn! Tomorrow winter begins and Christmas is RIGHT around the corner! Football and basketball going on all the while. Good times.
