Hi, folks! It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on Actifit. Today I decided to stop by the walking trails on my way home from work to take advantage of the longer days now. I got some sunshine and got to enjoy walking outside in nature for the first time in a long time.
It was another very hot day. It reached 30°C. It was one of those days where you go outside for a few minutes and your shirt sticks to your body from the sweat. It was a bit windy, so it wasn’t so bad at work.I only ran a few pieces in the machine in the morning, then I went patching and sanding for the rest of the shift since I ran out of stuff to do on the machine. I was pretty much sanding the pieces I made last week.
I had a very good day. It was my first day back on day shift. It wasn’t bad at all. I managed to get a good amount of sleep over the weekend so I wasn’t feeling tired or jet lagged from the shift change. The weather was very hot and the temperature inside the building was very hot as well. It’s a good thing that I didn’t have to work too hard.
This was another good day. The temperature was really nice. We had the large doors open at work and there was a nice breeze coming through.Since we were ahead of the schedule, we spent the whole shift doing some overdue cleaning, organizing, and maintenance.
I had another good day. The temperature didn’t go above 19°C all day , so it was cool in the building all night. We caught up to the schedule and ran out of stuff to do with the machine, so the last part of the shift was spent cleaning and organizing our stock and things like that. The next shift will be spent doing a lot of cleaning and organizing. Inventory day is coming up at the end of the month, so it’s a good thing we’re getting a chance to put things in order before then.
It was another good day. The temperature was comfortable. It cooled off and isn’t crushing like it was last week.I worked on a bunch of different window components at the start of the shift, then continued on door jambs for the rest.
